5 Class Punch Pass
This pass allows you to attend 5 of any of our ongoing classes or short courses. Cannot be used for Ballroom. Cannot be used for multiple people.
NO REFUNDS - Class Credit may be given on a case-by-case basis.
- understand that participation in dance classes, rehearsals, and performances are potentially hazardous activities. I will not participate unless I am medically and physically able. If I have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, muscle, aches/pain, loss of taste or smell, or sore throat I will not come to class. I should not participate unless I am medically and physically able. I assume any and all other risks associated with participation St. George Dance Company tryouts, rehearsals, classes, and performances, including, but not limited to falls, injured muscles, and/or ligaments, broken bones, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, including high heat and/or humidity, all such risks being known and acknowledged by me. I attest that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this dance program and to perform.
Knowing these risks, and in consideration for the acceptance of my participation, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, or anyone else who might claim on behalf, covenant not to sue and waive, release and discharge the St. George Dance Company ( or any choreographer, administrator, or executive involved) St. George City as well as any other sponsor even though the liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of persons named in this waiver.
This Release & Waiver extends to all claims of every kind or nature whatsoever, foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown. This also applies to all organizations that provide rehearsal and performance space.
I also give St George Dance Company permission to post any photos or videos taken during classes of which I may be a subject, for marketing purposes.
By registering for classes I give consent for St George Dance Company to contact me via phone, SMS services or email for communications about classes or other services. I consent my listed phone number and email to subscription for these purposes, from which I understand I have the power to unsubscribe.
By enrolling for and/or attending a class, I acknowledge I have read and will commit to the statement above:
